Anna F. Aask, age 97, Moorhead, MN, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2005, at ManorCare Health Services in Fargo.
Anna Francis Greenwood, the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Gruber) Greenwood, was born November 24, 1907, in Mankato, MN. She moved with her family to Montana and later to Fargo, ND, where she received her education. In 1932, Anna was united in marriage to Raymond Aask. They lived in Fargo and later in Moorhead, MN.
Anna worked for local dry cleaners and laundries, and as a drapery seamstress for Herbst Department and Furniture Store in Fargo. Raymond died on April 24, 1988. Anna continued to live in Moorhead. She recently became a resident of ManorCare Health Services in Fargo.
Anna is survived by, two daughters, Jacquelin Schroeder, Anoka, MN, and Marilyn (Don) Schur, Moorhead; a brother, Lewis "Bud" Greenwood, Portland, OR; six grandchildren, Stephanie Linnerooth, Thomas and Timothy Schroeder, Diane Tix, Kimberly Todhunter and Theresa Wida; twelve great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Sunday, from 5 PM until 8 PM in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead, MN.
Prayer Service: Sunday at 7 PM in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead, MN.
Funeral service: Monday, October 31, 2005, at 10 AM in St. Joseph Catholic, Moorhead, MN.
Burial: St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Moorhead.
