'Annie' as her family knew her, the youngest of six children, had a way of bringing out the best in people; able to make people smile and be aware of what life has to offer. She also enjoyed antiques, especially when the particular piece had fond memories associated with her family.
Annie also loved her trips to Las Vegas and most times they proved to be successful. After Annie and Rodney were married they enjoyed many trips and cruises together.
Annie passed away unexpectedly at her Fargo home on April 21, 2010, at the age of 50.
She will be missed to the greatest extent one can be missed but we know she is in a better place with Jesus and again united with her soul mate and family.
She is survived by three sisters, Mary T. Tracy (Jerry Chuba) Wallingford, CT, Betsy Hamkens (Stephen), Mandan, Christine M. Wanner, Roundup, MT; two brothers, Edward J. Carter (Barb) and William A. Carter, both Bismarck; three nieces, Sara Cianciolo (Pat
