Benjamin "Ben" O. Kraemer

Benjamin “Ben” O. Kraemer, 43, of Moorhead MN, passed away Friday, March 14, 2025, at his home in Moorhead.

Benjamin Oliver Kraemer was born August 23, 1981, the son of Venal and Connie (Olson) Kraemer in Fargo, ND. He was raised in Moorhead, MN, where he received his education and developed a strong work ethic. Following high school, Ben embarked on a career in drywall taping and texturing, eventually starting his own business, BK Drywall. His attention to detail and commitment to quality earned him a distinguished reputation in the Fargo-Moorhead area, making his services highly sought after.

From the time he was young, Ben was always on the go. Whether it was creating elaborate toy sets as a kid, to snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and racing remote-controlled cars as an adult, Ben could always be found doing some type of activity. He was a natural athlete who excelled at multiple sports during his youth and high school years. This led to a lifelong enjoyment of watching and following his favorite teams.

Ben also had a deep passion for cooking, which he expressed through his mastery of grilling, smoking, and preparing his signature meals. He was meticulous when selecting the finest cuts of meat and hand-picking the perfect blend of spices, ensuring every dish was a true reflection of his skill. His commitment to precision and his love for flavor resulted in unforgettable meals that brought joy to everyone lucky enough to experience them.

As his nieces and nephews can attest, Uncle Ben was just a big kid at heart. When they came over to Grandma and Grandpa’s house, Uncle Ben always had some sort of fun activity planned for them. He received so much enjoyment playing with them, and their lasting memories of these fun times will never fade.

Ben will be dearly missed by his brother, Darin (Michelle) Kraemer, Moorhead; sister, Stacy (Tony) Frink, Glyndon, MN; nieces and nephews, Kyle (Ashley) Kraemer, Chantal (Luke) Capistrant, Hannah (Alex) Levenhagen, Emily (Tim) Tigges, Abby (Cody) Benson, and Chet (Courtney) Frink; and great-nieces and nephews, Tessany, Troy, Dyllyn, Griffin, Boone, and Braxton.

He was preceded in death his parents, Venal and Connie Kraemer.

To honor Ben's wishes, no services will be held.
