Bernard Condon

Bernard G. Condon, 89, of Dilworth, MN, died Friday, June 19, 2015, in Tranquility Place Adult Foster Care in Moorhead, MN..

Bernard Grant Condon was born May 20, 1926, the son of William and Bernice (Lemon) Condon, in Akeley, MN. As a young boy, he moved with his family to Dilworth where he made his home his entire life. Bernard worked at Mills Lounge in Dilworth for many years.

He was a lifetime member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Dilworth. Bernard loved people and had a genuine concern for other people. He was always a friend to everyone.

Bernard is survived by his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Kathleen (Kenneth) Glass and Margaret (James) Ovsak; and nephews, Michael Olson and Thomas Ovsak.

A very special thank you to Catrina Lewis and Brian Gullickson at Tranquility Place Adult Foster Care Home for their wonderful care, friendship and compassion during the last months of Bernard's life.

A Visitation for Bernard will be one hour prior to his funeral mass.

His Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at 11 AM, in St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Dilworth.

Burial will take place in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Moorhead.
