Beverly Chrissis

Beverly Jean (Cowden) Chrissis, was born May 22, 1927, in Fargo, ND. She grew up under the loving care of Jason and Amanda Cowden and received her education in Dilworth, MN, where she graduated from high school in 1945.
Beverly was united in marriage to Nick Chrissis, on November 22, 1948, in Detroit, MI. They lived in Detroit for several years before making their home in Dilworth. Beverly's husband, Nick, died in 1983.
Beverly worked for over 25 years in food service at NDSU, Fargo, retiring in 1990. She enjoyed eating out and spending time with her family and friends. She was a longtime and active member of Dilworth Presbyterian Church.
Beverly Jean Chrissis died Saturday, July 19, 2003, at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, at the age of 76.
Beverly is survived by several nieces and nephews, many loved ones and dear friends. Beverly was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Corkery, her grandparents, and her husband Nick.

Burial in Riverside Cemetery, Moorhead.
