Bonnie Faye Moen was born January 25, 1962, in Fergus Falls, MN, to Merriam and DeLoris (Jorgens) Moen. The family moved to Moorhead, MN, in 1964, where Bonnie was raised. She graduated from Moorhead High School in 1980.
Bonnie married Joe Stenger on September 19, 1992, in Moorhead. She worked as a CNA at a number of area care facilities, including Eventide the Fairmont, Moorhead.
Bonnie loved her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. She was a very giving person, always thinking of others and putting their needs before hers. Shopping was also one of Bonnie's favorite pastimes. She loved the white sands of the southern beaches, including Jamaica, Mexico and Florida.
Bonnie died Saturday, February 12, 2011, at Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, ND, at forty-nine years of age.
Bonnie is lovingly survived by her husband, Joe, Dilworth; five children, Amber Moen, Fargo, Chelsey Moen, Moorhead, Dalton Stenger, Dilworth, Rachel Stenger, Fargo, and Vanessa (Jacob) Peterson, Fargo; five grandchildren, Zoey, Levaeh "Luvy", Amelia, Gabriel, and Winry; and siblings, Merlyn (girlfriend, Cindy) Moen, Fargo, Debbie (fiancé, Kevin Arcand) Dodd, Dilworth, and Dale Moen, West Fargo, ND.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, and a grandson, Marik.
Visitation for Bonnie will be Tuesday, February 15, 2011, from 5 - 7 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
Her funeral will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at 10:30 AM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Moorhead.
