Brian Arthur Deihl was born March 20, 1959, in Calexico, CA, to Don and Eloise (Windahl) Deihl. The family moved to Fosston, MN, in 1966. Brian graduated from Fosston High School in 1977.
Soon after graduating, Brian started a long career with Soo Line Railroad and moved to Dilworth, MN, and later Glyndon, MN. Brian enjoyed spending time fixing cars and gardening, and had a great love for family.
Brian died Tuesday, April 27, 2021, in Sanford Health, Fargo, ND, at sixty-two years of age.
Brian is survived by his mother, Eloise Deihl, Moorhead; five siblings, Paul (Gail) Deihl, Vergas, MN, Jeff (Kim) Deihl, Deer River, MN, Pam (Gregg) Iverson, Roseau, MN, Lorise Lovato, St. Pete's Beach, FL, and Cherie (Scott) Bratcher, Chapel Hill, NC; nine nieces and nephews; two great-nephews; and one great-niece. He was preceded in death by his father, Don Deihl.
A private family celebration for Brian will be held.
