Carol A. Jacob, 74, of Fargo, ND, passed away June 8, 2021, in Essentia Health, Fargo.

Carol Ann Lorentz was born on October 9, 1946, to Joseph and Mae (Ruziska) Lorentz, in Moorhead, MN. Carol was raised in Moorhead, graduating from high school in 1964. Carol was a driver for most of her working career. She worked for Dakota Hospital as a courier. She also drove bus for both West Fargo Public School District and Moorhead Public School District.

Carol was a deeply passionate person who was dedicated to the Lord. She loved people, and always enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh and make others laugh. Carol always had good advice. She saw things as black and white, which gave her a different perspective that people often needed. Carol was always there to take care of her loved ones.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Tammie Jacob. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Jolene Lorentz and Kathleen Lorentz; and brother, Michael.

A Visitation for Carol will be held Sunday, June 13, 2021, from 1 PM to 3 PM in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead, MN. The Funeral Service will be Monday, June 14, 2021, 3 PM in Bethel Evangelical Free Church, Fargo. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Moorhead.
