Carol Ann Scroggins was born May 26, 1942, to Byron and Doris (Brandenbury) Bowerman, in Detroit, MI, where she was raised and spent her early adult years.
Carol lived in many places during her lifetime, including New York, Kansas, and Arizona where she attended the University of Arizona at Tucson. At one time, Carol was married to Etgar Scroggins.
Carol came to Minnesota in June of 2004 and lived in Fergus Falls before moving to Moorhead in January of 2005.
Carol is survived by her mother, Doris Bowerman; and a sister, Sandra Sauer, both in California.
Visitation: Monday, July 25, 2005; one hour before the funeral.
