Casey L. LaBelle

Casey L. LaBelle, 35, Moorhead, MN, died Thursday, July 1, 2021, in her residence.

Casey Lynn LaBelle was born August 7, 1985, in Fergus Falls, MN. Casey grew up in rural Sabin, MN, and graduated from Moorhead High School in 2003. She has lived in Moorhead since that time.

Casey was known for her infectious laughter, her smile and being silly/goofy with her friends and family. She loved watching movies, especially scary ones, music, fishing, swimming, Converse tennis shoes, the color purple and anything that had to do with being by the water. Some of her best memories were fishing with her dad, lake time with her siblings, playing cards and games at her grandmas and just driving around listening and singing to music with her friends. Her biggest love was the love she had for her son, Huxley. He was the absolute pride of her life.

Casey leaves behind her son, Huxley; her parents, Jim and Sue LaBelle, Buffalo MN and David and Cindy Schroeder of Sabin, MN; brother, James LaBelle and sister, Lindsey LaBelle; step siblings and their spouses, Heather (Kachel) and John Toilolo, Hannah Schroeder, Leslie (Schroeder) and Brian Klaers, Joe and Brandy Schroeder, and Ben Schroeder; her grandmother, Mary Hein; as well as many nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Howard and Juanita LaBelle and Dennis Hein.

In lieu of flowers, all memorial funds/gifts will be put in an account for her son Huxley and his future needs.

She will be missed by all. We love you, Casey.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, July 9, 2021, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel from 4pm-6pm, followed by a memorial service at 6pm.
