Charles "Chuck" Carlson

Charles Harold Carlson was born December 1, 1946, in Fargo, ND, to Walter and Emma (Hauge) Carlson. Chuck worked on his uncle's farms as he was growing up.
Chuck married Patricia Hovdestad, in Moorhead, MN, in 1967. He worked for Fargo Foundry and later Fairmont Creamery. Chuck drove semi for thirty-six years for O'Day Equipment. He loved driving and having fun. Chuck was active in the El Zagal Shrine in Fargo and loved helping when the Shrine Circus came to town. Chuck and Pat had forty-five wonderful years together.
Chuck died Friday, May 7, 2010, at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, at sixty-three years of age.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Patricia Carlson, Kragnes, MN; and a son, Dennis Carlson, also of Kragnes.
Visitation for Chuck will be Wednesday, May 12, 2010, from 4 - 7 PM, at El Zagal Shrine, 1429 North 3rd Street, Fargo.
A life celebration service, with a Masonic service, will be at 7 PM, at El Zagal Shrine.
