Dale O. Hooey, 67, Dilworth, MN, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at his home.
Dale was born January 14, 1949, in Wichita, KS. He grew up in Grand Forks, ND, and lived the majority of his life in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Dale served in the Veterans Affairs Offices for thirty-two years.
Dale is survived by his son, Troy (Mara Walters-Hooey) Hooey; four grandchildren, Mackenzie, Luke, Quincy and Jack; and his sisters, Sharon Neevel, Candice Layton, Joan Otmar and Shelly Hunter.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Otmar; mother, Mildred Otmar; sister, Jane Hoskins; and grandparents.
Visitation will begin at 12 noon, followed by a Life Celebration service at 1 PM, Wednesday, February 3, 2016, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
