Daniel Warren Slover, 64, Moorhead, MN, went to his final resting place on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, in his home.
Daniel was born August 23, 1951, in Park Rapids, MN, to Vernon and Carol (Peirson) Slover.
He was united in marriage to Mila Weeks in Osage, MN, on December 17, 1971. They moved to Brooks, MN, where he worked at Arctic Cat until moving to the Fargo-Moorhead area where he was employed at Reardon Office Equipment until his retirement.
Daniel cherished spending time with his family and valued the pictures of them when they weren't together. His interests included being outdoors, bow hunting and golfing. He also enjoyed shooting pool, bowling as well as playing cards and board games. In his spare time you could usually find him either reading or watching westerns.
Daniel is survived by Mila Slover, Fargo, ND; daughter, Angelia (Shannon) Green, Ada, MN, son Peter (Sarah) Kim, Moorhead, and daughter, Christina Kim, Fargo; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and a sister Judy Keezer, Park Rapids.
He was preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Carol Slover, brothers Floyd, Lloyd, Jerry, Ronnie, David, Marvin, Gary, Edward and Edwin Slover.
His memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at 2 PM, in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Moorhead.
