David Kenneth Christianson, the son of Edward and Frances (Knudtson) Christianson, was born October 10, 1961 in Fargo, ND. He grew up and received his education in Moorhead, MN.
David never married. He lived in Moorhead and later in Dilworth, MN. David worked for Fargo Transmission Company and Larry's Transmission, before working for Mid America Steel in Fargo, ND, as a sandblaster. An injury forced his retirement in 1995.
David enjoyed horseback riding, hunting, fishing, watching western movies, and cooking.
David K. Christianson died Tuesday, July 21, 2009, in MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, at the age of 47.
He is survived by two brothers, Lyle of Dilworth, and Roger of Prosper, ND; three sisters, Diane Christianson, Moorhead, Debra Christianson, Moorhead and Doreen (Stephen) Edgett, Saylorsburg, PA; 11 nieces and nephews; and 1 great-niece.
Visitation: Sunday, 3 PM to 6 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
Funeral Service: Monday, July 27, 2009, at 10:30 AM, in Trinity Lutheran Church, Moorhead.
Burial: Salem Cemetery, Hitterdal, Minnesota.
