DeVon M. Schloesser of Barnesville, MN, died in her home in Barnesville, on Thursday, August 2, 2007, at the age of 44.
DeVon Michelle Schloesser, the daughter of Orville and Elsie (Schnitzer) Schloesser, was born June 21, 1962 in Moorhead, MN. She grew up and received her education in Moorhead.
In 1977, she moved with her family to Barnesville, where she graduated from high school. She later attended both beauty college and business college in Fargo, ND.
DeVon lived in the Fargo-Moorhead area, and worked as a beautician, a sales clerk, and also as an EKG technician at a local hospital. In January of 2005, she returned to Barnesville to live.
DeVon is survived by her mother and step-father, Elsie and Arvid Thompson of Barnesville; two sisters, Doreen Pastian of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and Karen (Edward) Fitzpatrick, Billerica, MA; and by six nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Orville in 1973, and by her brother, Mark, in 1996.
A private family service and burial will be held.
