DeWayne Dronen went to be with his Savior on Wednesday, October 19th 2005. DeWayne was born in Cleveland, ND, on March 30th 1928, to Olga and Mallius Dronen. The family later moved to Jamestown, ND, where he graduated from Jamestown High School.
DeWayne served his country in the US Navy from 1946 to 1948. DeWayne married Lillian Moser on November 7th 1954, in Jamestown.
DeWayne and Lillian moved to Fargo, ND, in 1964. DeWayne worked as a furniture salesman in the Fargo area for over 40 years. At the time of his death, DeWayne was working for Love-It Furniture, Fargo.
DeWayne loved his Lord with his whole heart and served his Lord as an usher at First Assembly of God in Fargo. DeWayne delighted in spending time with his wife and family and was known for his wonderful sense of humor. DeWayne had a servant's heart and was always helping friends and family with whatever need arose.
DeWayne is survived by his wife, Lillian, Fargo; one son, Randy (Tammy) Dronen, Moorhead, MN; three daughters, Marsha Bartos and Vickie (Randy) Ward, both Fargo, and Tammie Berg, Hillsboro; twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Jay (
Visitation for DeWayne will be Sunday, Oct. 23, 2005, from 6 - 8 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead. The funeral will be Monday, Oct. 24, 2005, at 2 PM, in First Assembly of God, Fargo. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Fargo.
