Donald Wayne Koslowsky, 66, Moorhead, MN, died Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, ND.
Donald was born in Glasgow, MT, on September 6, 1940. He grew up and received his education in Montana, where he graduated from high school at Lustre Bible Academy in 1959. From 1961 to 1965, he served in the US Navy. After discharge, he lived and worked in Anaheim, CA.
On July 22, 1967, Don was married in Fergus Falls, MN, to Marion Westrom of Elbow Lake, MN. Following their marriage they lived in Moorhead, Fargo, a short time in Thief River Falls, MN, and since 1974, back in Moorhead. Don worked as a machinist at Case IH, Fargo, until poor health forced his retirement in 2001.
At Triumph Church, Don served as an usher, on the "Fix-It Crew", and did a number of building projects for Vacation Bible School. He enjoyed restoring and working on his Model T Ford.
Don is survived by his wife, Marion, Moorhead; four children, Kurt (Karen) Koslowsky, Moorhead, Brian (Tara) Koslowsky, Dilworth, MN, Kristi (Craig) Thomas, Minneapolis, MN, and Monica (Tim) Collins, Breckenridge, MN; ten grandchildren, Thomas and Anna Koslowsky, Jesse, Keziah, Sierra, and Jonah Koslowsky, and Alexandra, Emily, Lukas, and Leah Collins; brothers, Curtis (Ann), Gary (Chloe), and Lyle Koslowsky; and sisters, Mary Jean Wickum, Joanne (Gerald) Tofte, and Carole (Ron) Scott.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Viola, and a brother, Richard.
