Donna Lou Mollberg was born February 2, 1932, in Wahpeton, ND, to Algot and Agatha (Boortz) Mollberg. Donna was raised in Breckenridge, MN, where she graduated from high school in 1950.
Donna was united in marriage to Arliss Fedje on June 20, 1953, in Breckenridge, and they made their home in Moorhead, MN.
Donna received her bachelor's degree in 1965, and her master's degree in 1973, from Moorhead State University. She taught school at Horace Mann, Carl Ben Eielson, and Washington Elementary Schools, Fargo, ND. She retired after thirty-two years of teaching.
Donna was an active member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, the Women's Circle, and Fargo Retired Teachers Association. She enjoyed many hobbies including knitting, sewing, reading and camping.
In the care of her family as well as Hospice of the Red River Valley, Donna died peacefully on Friday, August 10, 2012, in her home, at eighty years of age.
Donna is survived by her husband of fifty-nine years, Arliss, Moorhead; son, Mark (Beth) Fedje, Fargo; daughter, Kimberly (Gordon) Evenson, Winona, MN; four grandchildren, Ian, Neil, Amanda, and Matthew; and six nieces and nephews.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Daniel; and a brother, Delmer Mollberg.
Visitation: Sunday, August 12, 2012, from 3 - 5 PM, with a prayer service at 5 PM, in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 610 North 13th Street, Moorhead.
Funeral: Monday, August 13, 2012, at 10 AM, in Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Moorhead.
