Dr. Thomas Howard, Moorhead, MN, formerly of Grand Forks, ND, where he was Professor Emeritis of History at the University of North Dakota, died Sunday, July 20, 2008, in his home under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley as well as his family. He was seventy-four years of age.
