Dylan Sean Williams, 23, Moorhead, MN, died April 27, 2016, after a hard-fought battle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He passed away peacefully in his family home.
Dylan was born October 1, 1992, in Anchorage, AK. He moved to Moorhead at the age of 1 where he lived the rest of his life. As a young boy he enjoyed the lakes, riding on his four-wheeler, and trains. He attended Moorhead Public Schools and graduated in 2011. As he became immobilized, he realized his passion for video games and the computer. He was a big sports lover, especially when it came to the Minnesota Vikings or Twins. He touched the lives of every person he met. His strength, courage, and perseverance were an inspiration to all who knew him.
He is survived by parents, James and Tracey Snyder; brother, Zachary, 17; sister, Haylie, 15, Moorhead, MN; sister, Amanda and three nephews, Noah, AJ, and Zumiah, Sacramento, CA; grandmother, Diane Snyder, Boise, ID; grandpa, Jim Snyder, Dilworth, MN; and grandpa, Dave Burkhardt, Moorhead, MN.
A Visitation for Dylan will be Wednesday from 5 PM to 8 PM, with a 7:30 PM Prayer Service in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
His Memorial Service will be Thursday, May 5, 2016, at 11 AM, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Moorhead.
