Eileen D. Anderson

Eileen Anderson was born in Fargo, ND, on October 1, 1921, to Minnie and Oscar Herreid. She married Victor M. Anderson on June 20, 1942, in Tacoma, WA. They moved back to Moorhead in 1946 after Victor was discharged from the Army. Eileen and Vic started Anderson Real Estate in 1967. They retired to Scottsdale, AZ in 1980. Eileen died Wednesday, January 16, 2008, in Pine City, MN, at eighty-six years of age.
Eileen was preceded in death by her husband Victor, in 1987; brothers, Clyde, Wayne, Grant and Dell Herreid; granddaughter, Blythe Pollard; and son-in-law, Wayne Johnson.
She is survived by her son, Ronald (Pam) Chrislock, Pacific Grove, CA; her daughters Vicki (Ron) Pollard, Ottertail, MN, Cheryl Johnson, Pine City, MN, and Cynthia (Robert) Kranz, Maplewood, MN; grandchildren Gabriel (Chloe) Chrislock, Los Angeles, CA, Jennifer (Andrew) McCurdy, Stillwater, MN, Joseph Kranz and fiancée Susan Burdick, Maplewood, MN, Brett (Carri) Pollard, New York Mills, MN, Jeffrey (Sarah) Johnson, Pine City, MN, Heather Pollard, Ottertail, MN, Michael (Betsy) Johnson, Memphis, TN, Luke Pollard, Ottertail, MN, Susan (Patrick) Corcoran, Mounds View, MN, Nicole Chrislock, Pacific Grove, CA, and seven great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Nolan and Mason McCurdy, Emma and Greyson Johnson, Colin Chrislock and Destiny Pollard. Eileen is also survived by her sister, Ann Sannes, Moorhead.
A memorial service for Eileen D. Anderson, formerly of Moorhead, will be held at Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead, on Monday, February 4, 2008, at 1 PM.
Burial will be in the summer in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Moorhead.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Diabetes Foundation.
