Eileen Cecilia Trei, 76, Moorhead, MN died, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, in her home in Moorhead, MN, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.
Eileen Cecilia DeBlieck was born near Tracy, MN, on January 11, 1936. She grew up and received her education in the Tracy area.
On Nov. 27, 1954, Eileen married Wendell Trei. They lived in Minnesota and in Colorado. In 2007, they moved to Moorhead, where they had lived since.
Eileen is survived by her husband, Wendell Trei; mother, Ethel Edwards DeBlieck; children, Debra (Bill) Post, Denise (John) DeLanghe, James, Jeffery, Donna (Todd) Morse, Michael (Sonja), and Marc (Pia); 22 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter, Dianne (Marv) Lindberg; son, Jon; grandson, Jeremiah; her father, William; and three brothers.
Visitation: Thursday, 4 PM to 7 PM, with prayer service and sharing of memories at 7 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead, and one hour prior to funeral, at church.
Funeral: Friday, April 6, 2012, at 10:30 AM, Valley Christian Church in Moorhead.
Interment: Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 1 PM, Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Tracy MN.
