Emma Erickson

Emma C. Erickson, 21, of Fargo, ND, died on Monday, June 4, 2018, in her home.

Emma Christine Erickson was born September 12, 1996, the daughter of James and Christine Erickson, in Fargo. She was raised in Moorhead, MN, where she attended elementary school and junior high, before graduating from Moorhead High School in 2015. Emma then attended North Dakota State University where she studied business and was currently enrolled for the Fall of 2018 classes to begin studying art. She was currently working at the YMCA in Fargo and The Classic in Moorhead.

Emma had a love for traveling and the outdoors, especially skiing. She had the opportunity to travel to Norway, Germany, and many places throughout the United States. Her passions were music and art and she enjoyed concerts, drawing and photography. Emma's favorite musical artist was Bob Dylan, which was an influence from her dad. She also had a great sense of fashion and loved borrowing her mom's clothing.

She will be greatly missed by her parents, Christine and Craig Harbott, Moorhead; sisters, Shandra (Gary) Rosenfeldt, Moorhead, and Elly Erickson, Roseville, MN; grandparents, Lyle and Colleen Paulson and Shelly Harbott, both Thief River Falls, MN; nephews, Elliott and Evan Rosenfeldt; her dog, Duffy; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Erickson.

Memorials may be directed to the local Humane Society.

A Visitation for Emma will be Sunday from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM, with a 6:00 PM Prayer Service in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead, MN.

Her Funeral Service will be Monday, June 11, 2018, at 3:00 PM, in Trinity Lutheran Church, Moorhead.
