Francella Elizabeth Gruchalla was born September 9, 1909, to Elmer and Mary (Nelson) Wells in Fargo, ND, where she was raised and educated.
Francella was married to John Edmond Gruchalla on October 9, 1928, in Moorhead, where they made their home. They moved to Las Vegas, NV, in 1961 and returned to Moorhead in 1965. John died November 20, 1990.
Francella is survived by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
