Glenn Armin Bowhall was born December 18, 1926, in Fargo, ND, to Elmore and Alma (Skauge) Bowhall. Glenn was raised in the Hendrum, MN, area where he graduated from high school in 1944.

Glenn entered the US Navy in November of 1944 and proudly served until his discharge in July of 1946. Glenn married Olive "Ollie" Bjordahl on March 25, 1950, in the house on the family farm near Perley, MN. They lived and farmed in the Perley and Borup, MN, area.

After retiring from farming, Glenn and Ollie moved to Fargo, ND, and then to Ulen, MN, in 2015. After seventy years of marriage, Glenn and Ollie were as much in love as the day they were married. With his family by his side, Glenn died Sunday, January 12, 2020, in Viking Manor, Ulen, under hospice care, at ninety-three years of age.

Glenn served on the Perley Elevator Board as well as the Perley Co-Op. He also worked for the ASCS as an inspector and adjustor.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Ollie, Ulen; son, Garry (Linda) Bowhall, Erhard, MN; daughter, Glenda (Raynard) Trochmann, Moorhead, MN; four grandchildren, Garrett (Chris) Bowhall, Lisa Trochmann, Sarah (Scott) Eider, and Laura (Adam) Bennett; eight great-grandchildren, Tucker, Jordan and Ainsley Bowhall, Evan, Violet, and Evelyn Eider, and Jaxon and Sutton Bennett.

Glenn was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Ollie and family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff and volunteers at Viking Manor for the kind and compassionate care of Glenn and his family.

Visitation for Glenn will be Friday, January 17, 2020, from 5 - 7 PM, with a prayer service at 6:30 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.

His Memorial Service will be Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 2 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.

Burial will take place in the spring in Bethania Lutheran Cemetery, Perley.
