Hattie M. Strom

Hattie Strom, 94, Moorhead, MN, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008, in Eventide Lutheran Home, Moorhead.
Hattie Mae Broshears, the daughter of George and Stella (Howes) Broshears was born January 14, 1914 in Cynthiana, Indiana. As a young girl she moved with her family to Baker, MN, where she grew up. She received her schooling in Baker and in Barnesville, MN.
On July 3, 1948, Hattie married Gordon O. Strom in Moorhead, where they made their home. Hattie worked at deLendrecie's Department Store and McKesson Drug Company, both in Fargo. He husband, Gordon, died on June 14, 1964. Hattie continued to live in Moorhead. She retired in 1971.
Hattie is survived by a step-son, Donald (Rosemary) Strom, Moorhead; two step-grandchildren, Terri (Dan) Busby and Matthew (Jessi) Strom; and two step-great-grandchildren, Sara Busby and Lily Strom.
Visitation: One hour before the funeral, on Saturday.
