Helen M. Arnseth

Helen M. Arnseth, age 87, of Moorhead, MN, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2005, at Eventide Lutheran Home in Moorhead.
Helen Mirion Geiger was born on January 11, 1918 in Fargo, North Dakota. She grew up and received her education in Fargo, and in Moorhead, where she graduated from high school. On June 4, 1938, Helen married Norman Arnseth. They lived in Moorhead, and Helen worked at Deimert's Tavern.
In the mid 1960's Helen moved to Williston, ND, where she worked as a cook, and at a local motel. In 1972, she returned to Fargo, where she lived until moving to Fairmont East in Moorhead in 2000. In July of 2001, Helen became a resident of Eventide Lutheran Home in Moorhead.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Karen (Richard) Evanson, Moorhead; her son, Roger (Mary) Arnseth, Moorhead; thirteen grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Monday, the hour prior to the funeral.
