James "Jim" E. Kost, 48, Moorhead, MN, died Tuesday, July 18, 2006, in his home.
James Edward Kost was born March 7, 1958, to Kenneth and Jane (Dew) Kost in Glenwood, MN, where he grew up and graduated from high school. After graduation he attended Pipestone (MN) Technical College. James then returned to Glenwood and worked at the Super Valu in Morris, MN.
James later moved to Fergus Falls, MN. He eventually settled in Moorhead where he worked at the Holiday Inn and Best Buy.
James married Cynthia Simpson in Fargo, and they made their home in Moorhead. He was currently working as a custodian for Harvey's Janitorial Service, Fargo, ND.
James enjoyed watching professional sports and listening to music. He loved his family and will be deeply missed by them.
James is survived by his wife, Cynthia, Moorhead; two daughters, Samantha and Stephanie, both at home in Moorhead; his mother, Jane Kost, Glenwood; and two brothers, Charles (Elizabeth) Kost, Lynd, MN, and Michael (Cathy) Kost, LaCresent, MN.
