Janice M. McWilliams

Janice Marie Gruchalla, the daughter of Max and Agnes (Eiler) Gruchalla, was born in Fargo, ND on December 23, 1952. She grew up and received her education in Moorhead, MN, where she graduated from Moorhead High School in 1970.
Janice lived in Moorhead, where she raised her family and worked as a self-employed cleaner and painter. In 1998, Janice moved to Fargo. She enjoyed old movies; watching TV, especially MN Twins baseball; and caring for animals, especially her beloved dog, Trixie.
Poor health forced her to become a resident of Villa Maria in Fargo, early in 2009, where she made many dear friends. She died there on Monday, July 20, 2009, at the age of 56. The family thanks Villa's staff for their loving care and support.
Janice is survived by a son, Carey (Victoria) McWilliams, Fargo; daughter, Lisa Eiler, Eugene, Oregon; mother, Agnes Gruchalla, Moorhead; brother, Donald Gruchalla, Fargo; and one nephew, Neil Gruchalla, Fargo. She was preceded in death by her father, Max, who died in 1991.
Visitation: One hour prior to services in the church.
