Jonathan C. Gilbert, 44, of Moorhead, MN, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022, in Sanford Health Care Center-West Campus, Fargo. ND
Jonathan Charles Gilbert was born March 29, 1978, the son of Marilyn Gilbert, in Moorhead. He was raised in Moorhead and graduated from Moorhead High School, before attending Moorhead Technical College. Over the years, Jonathan worked various jobs in Fargo and Moorhead.
He enjoyed collecting coins, watching sports, especially the Minnesota Twins, and was a big Star Wars fan.
Jonathan was a member of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Fargo, which was a very special place where found a church home and family.
He is survived by his godmother, Pamela Voss; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn; and aunts, Cassandra Braseth, Cheryl Jorgenson, Charlene Gilbert, and JoAnne Teigen.
A Celebration of Jonathan’s Life will be held in St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Fargo, ND, in the early Summer of 2022.
