Judith "Judy" Ortez

Judy was born August 26, 1949, in Ayr, North Dakota, to Ione (Haines) and Norman Alm. She passed away May 25, 2024, at her home in Moorhead, Minnesota.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, John Ortez; son, Timothy (Melissa) Ortez; daughter, Katy Ortez; grandsons, Parker Ortez and Ryne Ortez; and granddaughters, Payton Waldoch and Starr Lindemyer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Ione Alm; and sister Norma Warrey.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 8^, 2024, at 11:00am at Moorhead Presbyterian Church, with a memorial starting one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Judy’s name can be made to Homeward Animal Shelter or to the charity of your choice.
