Judy Ann Simonson

Judy Simonson, 69, Dilworth, MN, passed away in her home on June 24, 2014, after spending her final days surrounded by her family.

Judy Ann Christianson was born on February 12, 1945, to Harry and Eunice (Hovland) Christianson, in Pelican Rapids, MN. After graduating from high school in Frazee, MN, she was a homemaker, dietary aide, and a secretary. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, gardening, canning, and traditional Sunday dinners. Her love for her family was unconditional.

Judy is survived by her children, Kim (Chris) Bristlin of Oldtown, ID, Michele (Brad) Elsenpeter, Brad Witzke, and Nicole (Roy) Simonson, all of Dilworth, Darren (Amanda) Fredrickson, and Dana (Randy) Berggren, both of Moorhead, MN, and Kevin Mahoney, who is still missing, but never forgotten; 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Audrey Snyder of Moorhead, and Deb Stewart of Gibson City, IL.

Judy's compassion and humor touched many lives and will always be remembered.

Visitation: Sunday, from 2-4 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead, followed by a prayer service at 4. Funeral Service: Monday, June 30, 2014, at 2 PM, in Trinity Lutheran Church, Pelican Rapids. Burial: Northwest Cemetery, Pelican Rapids.
