Keith L. Johnson, 76, rural Glyndon, MN, died at his home, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley, on Saturday, May 15, 2010.
Keith LeRoy Johnson, the son of Lester and Elaine (Olson) Johnson, was born in Fargo, ND, on Nov. 9, 1933. He grew up and received his education in Averill and,Glyndon, MN,. He graduated from high school in Glyndon in 1951. On June 27, 1952, Keith married Ardis Hansen in Glyndon. Following their marriage, they made their home in the Averill-Glyndon,Mn., area where they farmed.
In 1983 Keith and Ardis, were drawn to the open spaces of Eklaka, Hysham, and Miles City Montana where they spent a significant part of their time ranching.
Keith always expressed his thankfulness to God for blessing him with a loving family and many friends.
Keith is survived by his wife, Ardis, Glyndon; three sons, Daniel (Carol) Johnson, Glyndon,Mn; Jeffrey (Lynn) Johnson, Miles City, MT; Jack (Julie) Johnson, Glyndon, Mn.; daughter-in-law, Joyce Johnson, Glyndon; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Clay; a grandson, Travis; his parents; and his brother, Kenneth.
Visitation: Tuesday, 5 PM to 7 PM,
