Keith O. Lentz, 71, of Moorhead, MN, died Saturday, August 6, 2016, in the VA Medical Center, Fargo, ND.
Keith is survived by a son, Jason (Kimberly); a grandson, Timothy; a sister, Cynthia (George) Mohn; and a niece, Jennifer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Miriam; and a brother, Kenneth Jr.
A private service has been held with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Moorhead.
