Kellie R. Jenkins

Kellie R. Jenkins, 50, of Dilworth, MN, died Sunday, May 14, 2017, in Eventide on Eighth, Moorhead, MN.

Kellie Renae Jenkins was born February 22, 1967, the daughter of Clarence and Marcella (Lenius) Jenkins, in Alexandria, MN. She lived there with her family until moving to Audubon, MN, where she attended school. In 1986 she moved to Moorhead where she attended Moorhead Technical College.

She later moved to Dilworth where she made her home and raised her children. Over the years, Kellie worked at CI Sport, Ameripride and later for Ashley Furniture.

Kellie had a love for life that will be greatly missed. She enjoyed bingo, gardening, planting flowers, shopping and spending time at the lake. She loved horses and taking trips with her family. Kellie lived for family gatherings whether it was for a holiday or going out to eat on a Saturday she wanted everyone involved. Her grandchildren were her world; she loved spending time with them and hearing about their day.

She is survived by her children, Josh (Amber) Borah, Dilworth, and Danielle (Jake Rosenfeldt) Bellecourt, Moorhead; grandchildren, Alexa, Carter and Layla; stepchildren, Parker and Payton Dickelman, Moorhead; brothers, Rick (Pam) Jenkins, Vergas, MN, Scott (Mary) Jenkins, Surprise, AZ, and Mark (Karen) Jenkins, Moorhead; sister, Deb Jenkins, Moorhead; five nephews and one niece.

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Donna; and brother, Robert Jenkins.

A Gathering of Friends for Kellie will be one hour prior to her Memorial Service.

Her Memorial Service will be Thursday, May 18, 2017, at 2:00 PM, in Dilworth Lutheran Church, Dilworth, MN.
