George Kevorkian, age 75, Fargo, ND, died May 2, 2012, at Essentia Hospital.
George was born February 20, 1937, to Artin and Verkin (Demerjian) Kevorkian, Latakia, Syria. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1957, and graduated from Geneva College (PA), 1962, in Engineering.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Kevorkian, Fargo; his former wife, Linda Groen, Sabin, MN; 5 children, Paul Kevorkian, Fargo, Heidi (Jeff) Borowiecki, Chandler, AZ, Mark (Kristi) Kevorkian, Fargo, Linae Kevorkian, Belle Plaine, MN, and Kris Kevorkian, Fargo; 2 stepchildren, Erin (Teresa) Anderson, Perham, MN, and Shana Anderson, Fargo; 9 grandchildren; 3 siblings, Marie Oranjian, Arvada, CO, Azzo Asfar, Littleton, CO, Jacque Depoyan, CO, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Tuesday, May 8, 2012, 5 - 7 PM, Prayer Service at 6:30 PM, Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, May 9, 2012, 11AM, Atonement Lutheran Church, Fargo.
