Lester G. "Hap" Rosenfeldt

Lester Rosenfeldt, known as Hap, age 69, Dilworth, MN, died Saturday, December 20, 2008, in Golden Living Center, Moorhead, MN.
Lester Garry Rosenfeldt, the son of Lester and Grace (Motschenbacher) Rosenfeldt, was born in Moorhead on August 12, 1939. He grew up and received his education in Sabin, MN, and in Moorhead, where he graduated from high school.
In October of 1958, Lester joined the US Marine Corps. He was honorably discharged in September of 1961. After his discharge, he returned to Sabin, and later lived in Minneapolis, MN, and in Colorado.
In 1974, he moved to Dilworth. On September 23, 1977, Lester married Julienne Anderson in Sisseton, SD. They made their home in Dilworth. Lester worked as a truck driver for a number of companies including Aggregate Industries, where he retired at the age of 62.
After retiring, Hap enjoyed fishing, outdoor grilling, socializing with friends and neighbors, and he continued to drive trucks, both seasonally for Transystems, and in local parades.
Hap is survived by his wife, Julienne, Dilworth; two sons, Gary (Shandra) Rosenfeldt, Dilworth, and Matthew (Stacy) Rosenfeldt, Wichita, KS; two brothers, Glenn (Ardis Nicholas) Rosenfeldt, Dilworth, and Steven (Judy) Rosenfeldt, Sabin; and two sisters, B
Visitation: Monday, 5 PM to 8 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at 2 PM, in Trinity Lutheran Church, Sabin.
