Linda Rose Miller was born August 17, 1958, the daughter of George F. and Rose (Cihlar) Miller, in Grafton, ND. Linda was raised in rural Adams, ND, and graduated from Adams High School in 1976. She graduated with honors as Valedictorian of her senior class.
Linda attended Lake Region College in Devils Lake, ND, for two years, and then moved to Fargo, ND. She began her career at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Fargo, as a patient advocate. She invested twenty-six years helping veterans receive the care they needed.
Linda enjoyed her family and friends. She also enjoyed traveling, crafts, shows, attending concerts, and family get-togethers, especially during the holidays.
Linda died Sunday, September 25, 2011, at Sanford Health Palliative Care Unit, Fargo, at fifty-three years of age.
Linda will be greatly missed by her father, George; brothers, Marlin (Judy) Miller, and Gerald (Susan) Miller; sister, Virginia (Phil) Blomquist; significant other, Louis Stewart; and many nieces and nephews and their families. They will miss her big smile and beautiful brown eyes. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose.
Visitation for Linda will be Friday, September 30, 2011, from 5 - 7 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
Her funeral will be Saturday, October 1, 2011, at 10:30 AM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel.
Burial will be Saturday at 3:30 PM, in St. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery of rural Lankin, ND.
