Lisa R. Kempf

Lisa Rae Jensen was born on August 9, 1961, to Howard and Janet (Bjorem) Jensen, in Moorhead, MN. Lisa grew up in Ulen, MN, alongside her sister and seven brothers. After graduating from high school, Lisa spent several years working at numerous retirement homes as a certified nurse's assistant. She then moved to Arizona where she continued her education in Sports Medicine. Later in life she moved back to the Midwest and worked as a Residential Manager at a group home.
Lisa passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, in Eventide Fairmont, Moorhead. She is survived by her daughter, Noel Johnson (Ashley); and her eight siblings, Lynn, Joel (Evelyn), James (Nancy), Jerald (Melissa), Darrin (Sandy), Daniel, David, and Damien (Amanda).
She was preceded in death by her parents, Janet and Howard Jensen; her first-born son, Dane; and significant other, Leonard.
Visitation for Lisa will be Friday, Feb. 8, 2019, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
