Loi Vo, 55, of Moorhead, MN, died Monday, August 15, 2016, in Sanford Health in Fargo, ND.
Loi Vo was born April 15, 1961, in Vung Tau, Vietnam, where he was raised. In 1978, he left Vietnam, spending time in a refugee camp in Malaysia, before coming to the United States. Loi became an official resident of the United States in 1981. After settling in Louisiana, Loi worked for number of years on the fishing boats in the Gulf of Mexico. In the early 1990's, he moved to Minneapolis, MN, where he began working as a chef. He later moved to Moorhead in 2006 and was most recently working as a chef at Jade Dragon in Fargo.
Loi enjoyed watching movies and going to the Casino.
He is survived by many dear friends.
His cremated body will be placed in the Phat An Temple in St. Paul, MN.
