Margaret Anderson, 96, Fargo, ND, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011, in Bethany Retirement Living, Fargo.
Margaret Eddress Anderson, daughter of Martin and Edna (Erickson) Anderson, was born at rural Wing, ND, on November 14, 1914. In 1919, the family moved to Becker County, MN, and later to rural Borup, MN, where Margaret grew up and graduated from high school.
During WWII, Margaret lived in Denver, CO, where she worked in a munitions factory. She later lived in Seattle, WA. In the late 1940s she came to Fargo, where she had lived since. For many years, Margaret worked at Welu Dental Lab, Fargo. She lived in the Ivers Apartment Building until 2006, when she became a resident of Bethany.
Margaret is survived by two sisters, Alice Hubbell, Ada, MN, and Jeanette Crawford, Corpus Christi, TX; two neices and eight nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Olive Haaland and Ardis Jacobson.
