Marilyn Saulsbury

Marilyn I. Saulsbury, 65, of Fargo, ND, died on Sunday, July 1, 2018, in her home.

Marilyn Irene Walker was born April 4, 1953, the daughter of James and Lucille (Grimsley) Walker, in Greenbush, MN. As a child, she moved with her family to Glyndon, MN, where she graduated from Glyndon High School. In 1970, Marilyn was united marriage to Michael Saulsbury and they made their home in Moorhead, MN.

For over 40 years, Marilyn provided in home day care for numerous children. During those years she touched a lot of children's lives with her love and care and always treated them as if they were her own.

Marilyn had a very generous and giving spirit and will be remembered for her smile and infectious laugh. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also had a very creative and artistic side and enjoyed decorating and oil painting.

She is survived by her companion of 27 years, Gary Kastet, of Fargo; children, Tracy Bedford, Moorhead, Stephanie (Josh) Fankhanel, Moorhead, Mike (Roxy) Saulsbury, Fargo, Mandy Saulsbury, Covington, LA, Tim Saulsbury, Moorhead, and Sarah (Harrison) Littleton, Covington, LA; grandchildren, Jake, Derek, Haley, Avery, Elli, Jadyn, Reese and Abigail, brothers, Gene (Linda) Walker, Glyndon, and Frankie (Pat) Walker, Moorhead.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Bertha.

A visitation for Marilyn will be Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.

Her Funeral Service will be Friday, July 6, 2018, at 11:00 AM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel.

Burial will be in Lake Eunice Cemetery, rural Audubon, Minnesota
