Marion E. Benson, 84, Plymouth, MN, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 15, 2010, while receiving hospice care at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN.
Marion Elaine Benson was born in Enderlin, ND, on April 26, 1926, to Hjalmer Leonard and Lillian (Widen) Benson. She grew up in Enderlin and then moved to Minneapolis, MN. She was a retired office worker and formerly a member of Central Evangelical Free Church, Minneapolis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Kenneth Benson; and a sister, Betty Nelson.
She is survived by sisters, Joyce Benson, Fargo, Bernice Rood, Moorhead, and Crystal Benson, Plymouth; a brother, Everett (Emily) Benson, Coon Rapids, MN; nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great-grand nieces and nephews.
