Marjorie L. Kolegraf

Marjorie Lorraine Martin was born October 5, 1921, to John and Zelda (Kennedy) Martin, near Kelso, ND. As a child, her family moved to a farm near Blanchard, ND. Marge graduated from Bohnsack Consolidated School in 1939. She then attended Dakota Business College in Fargo, ND, during the winters and helped her dad on the farm in the summers.

After college, Marge worked in Hope, ND, and in Fargo. On May 26, 1949, she married Theodore "Ted" A. Kolegraf Jr. and they made their home together in Hope. The family moved to Cooperstown, ND, in 1963, where she worked at Farmers and Merchants Bank for twenty years. Marge retired in 1985.

Ted and Marge moved to West Fargo, ND, in 1993, and Ted passed away March 19, 2004. For the last seven years Marge lived with her daughter, Dawn, in West Fargo. She recently entered Elim Rehab and Care Center, under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley, Fargo, where she died Thursday, March 26, 2015, at ninety-three years of age.

Marjorie enjoyed her family, sewing, knitting, crocheting and generally keeping her hands and mind busy. There wasn't a jig-saw puzzle that she wasn't ready to tackle.

Marge is survived by her son, Kim (Debbie) Kolegraf, Bismarck, ND; daughters, Linda (Marvin) Elsaas, Elbow Lake, MN, and Dawn (John) Reierson, West Fargo; one sister, Phyllis Hashbarger of Fargo; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. They are Kelly Olafson; Jeremy Elsaas and daughters, Courtney and Cassidy; Deanna (Chadd) Danielson and daughters, Tessa, Bridget and Laney; Alison Elsaas (Mike Henning) and sons, Payton and Abel; Damion (Summer) Reierson and children Emrey and Teghyn; Nathan Reierson, and Brodie Reierson.

Visitation for Marge will be Monday, March 30, 2015, from 5 - 7 PM, with a prayer service at 7 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.

Her funeral will be Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at 10 AM in Shiloh Evangelical Free Church, West Fargo, ND.

Burial will be in Hope City Cemetery.
