Mark H. Buland, 59, Moorhead, MN, died Thursday, July 19, 2012, in his home.
Mark Harold Buland was born to Harold and Arlys (Blilie) Buland on July 15, 1953, at St. Luke's Hospital, Fargo, ND. After graduating from Moorhead High School he worked in the family building business, then as a heavy equipment and crane operator in Kansas, Nebraska, and North Dakota.
He very much enjoyed the warmth of the Rio Grande Valley and his time on Lake Lida.
Mark is survived by his parents; nephews, Nickolas (Amber Bengston) and Andrew Seifert; grandniece, Lyla Karen Seifert; brother-in-law, Ross (Mary) Seifert; and cousins, Renae, Jill, and Daryl.
Mark very much missed his sister, Karen Seifert (11/18/94). He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Sig and Asta Buland, and Ernest and Ida Blilie; and uncles, Donald and Duane Buland.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
