Mary Weber

Mary Cecelita Brennan was born January 5, 1912, to Richard and Anna (Baldwin) Brennan, in Chatsworth, IL. The family moved to Moorhead, MN, in 1920, where Mary attended St Joseph's Catholic School and graduated from Moorhead High School.











On July 17, 1939, Mary married Loren Johnson in Fergus Falls, MN. They made their home in Moorhead. Mary worked as a teller at First National Bank, Moorhead, until taking time off to raise their two children. In August of 1951, Loren died. Mary returned to work at First National Bank and also worked at the Veteran's Affairs Department, Moorhead, for a short period of time. In January of 1963, Mary married Alphonse Weber in Moorhead, and they made their home on a farm near Borup, MN. Alphonse died in October of 1975, and Mary returned to Moorhead. In 2000, she became a resident of Eventide Catered Living, Moorhead. She then moved to the Evergreens, Moorhead, and in 2002, the Evergreens, Fargo, ND.

Mary died Thursday, November 27, 2003, at the age of 91,in the Evergreens, Fargo, under the care of Hospice.

She is survived by a daughter, Candace (Ed) Miller, Perley, MN; a son, Richard (Mary) Johnson, Escondido, CA; five grandchildren, Gail (Donan) Borowicz, Steve (Karen) Miller, Lunnette (Eric) Moffitt, Brian (Theresa) Johnson, and Michael (Angela) Johnson; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
