Pascal Cruz, 81, Fargo, ND, passed away in his home with family in attendance on Wednesday morning, November 14, 2007.
Pascal "Pat" was born on May 17, 1926, to Canuto and Andrea (Padilla) Cruz in Moorhead, MN, where he attended school. Pat attended and graduated from the University of Minnesota and St. John's University and Seminary. Pascal married Anita l. Hanson May 10, 1964. Pat worked the Fargo Post Office until he retired in 1991. Pat was very active in the parish of St. Mary's Cathedral in Fargo.
Pascal was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Knute , George, and Henry Cruz; and sisters, Petra Ochoa, Abbigale Cruz, and Phyllis Cruz.
Pascal is survived by his wife, Anita Cruz; one son, David Cruz, Fargo; three daughters, Elaine (Todd) Bogardus, West Fargo, ND, Petra Cruz, Fargo, and Bernadette Cruz, Fargo; two brothers, Joseph Cruz, Fargo, and Andrew Cruz, Florida; and one sister, Mary (Reuben) Finger, Minnesota. Pascal is also survived by six grandchildren, Amanda (Ryan) Hanson, West Fargo, Sara and Samantha Bogardus, West Fargo, Getty (Jessica) Cruz, Fargo, Andria (Tony) Stark, Fargo, and Kaycee Cruz, Fargo; and three great-grandchildren, Jordan, Serenity, and Attari.

Visitation: Sunday, from 4 PM to 8 PM, with prayer service at 8 PM, Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead
Funeral Mass: Monday, November 19, 2007, at 12 noon in St. Mary's Cathedral, Fargo
Burial: St. Joseph's Cemetery, Moorhead
