Rachel A. Ryan

Terri “Rachel” Ann Ryan, 69, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023, in Arbor Park Assisted Living Center, Moorhead, MN.

Terri “Rachel” Lindsay was born on August 12, 1954, in Elyria, OH, to Robert and Muriel (Spencer) Lindsay. Rachel was raised in Alburquerque, NM, where she attended school. Rachel met Edmund “Tim” Ryan III in the early 80s in Pheonix, AZ. Rachel and Tim were united in marriage a few years after meeting. They made their home in Scottsdale, AZ. Rachel held a few different jobs over the years. Her favorite being a model. She modeled clothing, hands, legs and hair for many years. She was best known for being a “Ring Card Girl” for the Sugar Ray Leonard fight in Scottsdale.

Rachel really enjoyed crafts like making beaded jewelry. She was a big country music fan and loved dancing to it. She also enjoyed bingo. When she moved to Arbor Park, she would often play bingo with the other residents. She also enjoyed the other activities they put on at Arbor Park such as BBQ and summer outdoor parties. Rachel really enjoyed living at Arbor Park Assisted Living. She was a princess there. The staff and other residents loved her very much and she grew to love them just the same.

Rachel will be missed by her friends and family. Rachel’s family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at Arbor Park Assisted Living for their wonderful kindness and care of the last four years.

Rachel is survived by her siblings, Linda Kline, Gina Garrett, and Patrick McMahon; son, Patrick Lauth; grandson, Steven Joseph Lauth; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Lindsay; mother, Muriel Spencer; and sister, Rebecca McMahon.

Rachel’s Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 10 AM, in Korsmo Funeral and Cremation Service, Moorhead, MN. A visitation will be one hour prior. Rachel's service will be lived streamed and can be viewed right here on her obituary page.
