Robert H. Sauvageau

Robert "Bob" Henry Sauvageau, 68, of Fargo, ND, passed away peacefully in his home on August 1, 2021.

Bob was born to Patrick and Gloria (Panchott) Sauvageau on February 2, 1953, in Fargo. He worked various jobs throughout his life and most recently worked construction throughout North Dakota.

Although Bob struggled with his demons and substance abuse over the years, he remained sober for many years before his death. He found spirituality and kinship through his Native American friends and family. He was always willing to help his friends and family in any way possible and was very much loved by all. He was known for his goofy and unforgettable laugh that will be missed by many.

Bob was preceded in death by his father, Patrick; his mother, Gloria; and his nephews, Jasen and Adam.

He is survived by his sister, Georgia (Craig) Anderson; his brothers, Tim, Willard, and Gary; nieces, Brenda, Suzie, Gina, Monique; and nephews, Todd and Justin.

Please meet at Korsmo Funeral and Cremation Service (409 South 8th St, Moorhead 56560) at 1:00pm to proceed to the cemetery for a Graveside Service for Robert that will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 10, 2021, in St. Benedict's Catholic Cemetery, Wild Rice, NN.
