Robert Wenzloff Sr.

Robert Allen Wenzloff Sr. was born April 24, 1929, in Fargo, ND, to Reinhold and Alba (Oertlie) Wenzloff.  Bob was raised in Embden, ND, where he attended school. 

Bob married Marjorie Olson November 8, 1952, and they continued to live in Embden.    Bob worked hard as a traveling insurance salesman, putting on many miles over the years.  Following his retirement in 2001, they moved to Peoria, AZ. 

Marjorie died June 17, 2008, and Bob returned to North Dakota shortly afterwards and made his home in West Fargo, ND.  He died at his home Thursday, December 14, 2023, at ninety-four years of age.

Bob is survived by his children, Robert (Debbie) Wenzloff Jr., West Fargo, Linda (Dan) Schwartz, Buckeye, AZ, and Gerald Wenzloff, West Fargo; two grandchildren, Robert Wenzloff III, and Travis John Wenzloff Sr; and two great-grandchildren, Travis Wenzloff Jr., and Karrigan Russness. 

In addition to his parents and wife, Bob was preceded in death by a brother, Wendell.
